Edo Ganot leads Excelero’s Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Edo has been a global Enterprise Software/SaaS/PaaS business leader throughout his career, scaling businesses and forming strong alliances with tier-one G2K enterprises.

Before joining Excelero, Edo was GM/VP at ARM (a SoftBank company) , Customer & Partner Engagement atARM’s IoT Services Group (ISG), leading Sales, Business Development and Customer Success teams, building and expanding the group’s customer and channel/partner ecosystem. Edo joined ARM through the acquisition of Sansa Security where he was EVP ofSales & Alliances, driving mass deployment of its Security solutions by tier-1 enterprises and manufacturers. Previously, he led Sales & Alliances atTrivnet (acquired by Gemalto), a FinTech SaaS company and held multiple sales and marketing leadership roles in enterprise software companies. Edo is also a GTM Mentor & Advisor for a few startup companies.

Omri Mann

Omri Mann is Excelero’s Chief Scientist and has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of system, scientific, financial and hardware programming. Previously, Omri was a founder and chief engineer of BRM, the company that created the first anti-virus program in the world. Their technology eventually became an integral part of Norton Anti-virus. Hewas also part of the small group that foundedCheckpoint (Nasdaq:CHKP) , the world leader in firewall software. Omri holds a BSc in Computer Sciences from the Hebrew University.

Keren Cohen

Keren has over 15 years of diversified experience in program management, leading multi-disciplinary global programs of software and hardware development. Prior to Exclero, she spent 7 years in the storage world – DellEMC XtremIO and IBM XIV -and for the last 2 years led the technical program management team, responsible for mid-range next-gen program development and implementation of Agile development methodologies.

Ofer Oshri, Ph.D

Ofer combines his passion for innovation with solid technical skills and leadership capabilities to lead the engineering and R&D efforts at Excelero’s engineering HQ’s in Tel Aviv. He has 20 years of experience in software development of large-scale systems. Previously, he led the engineering team at Helix, and managed the core (protocol) development for Exanet, a software storage company acquired by Dell. Ofer holds a PhD in Applied Math (Ocean Engineering Department) from University of California at Santa Barbara.

Kirill Shoikhet

Kirill Shoikhet has over 20 years of software development and architecture experience in various aspects of high-performance and distributed systems, including storage, networking, performance analysis and diagnostics. Prior to joining Excelero, Kirill spent over 7 years with XtremIO, the last 2.5 of which he was leading theirnext generation architecture activities. Kirill holds an MSc in Computer Sciences from the Technion.

Yaniv Romem

Yaniv Romem has been a technology evangelist at disruptive startups for the better part of 20 years. He is passionate about the domains of high-performance distributed computing, storage, databases and networking. Yaniv has co-founded several startups such as Excelero, Xeround and Picatel in these domains. He has mostly served in CTO and VP Engineering roles.

Jeff Whitaker

Based in Silicon Valley, Jeff has over 20 years of experience in developing innovative storage, semiconductor and networking solutions; including over a decade of building products that help customers move complex IT environments to run on the top three public cloud providers. He joined Excelero from NetApp, where he was a founding member that defined its first cloud-based products – solutions that became the bedrock of the company’s highly successful cloud business. In his most recent role as NetApp’s senior manager of hyperscaler portfolio marketing, Jeff worked directly with Microsoft to conceptualize and deliver NetApp’s cloud-first product offerings. As a NetApp product manager, he developed NetApp’s virtual storage appliance technology and took it from a corporate development idea to a core component of NetApp’s cloud and software defined storage (SDS) strategy.

A perennial disruptor with a passion for emerging technologies that helps ignite growth, Jeff also managed a global team of sales engineers at Silicon Optix, turning a high-touch, consulting focused engine into a team that was efficient and cost-effective at delivering high-volume solutions to customers. He held senior roles in sales engineering and product marketing at Tzero Technologies, National Semiconductor and Mellanox. Jeff holds a BSEE from California State University at Chico.
